Where We Ship
We currently deliver to the following locations:
- Australia-wide, including all states and territories.
- Selected international destinations where courier coverage and customs processing allow reliable delivery.

Delivery Options & Estimated Times
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days within Australia, or 10 to 20 business days for international orders. This is our most cost-effective option for all orders.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 business days within Australia, or 5 to 10 business days for international orders. Available for faster delivery on orders placed before 2 PM AEST.
Important Notes on Timeframes
- Delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date, not the order date.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to courier or customs issues. We will notify you if this happens.
Shipping Fees
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. All prices are shown below, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you pay.
All weights include products + packaging materials.
Prices apply to all domestic deliveries within Australia.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
All costs are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase — no hidden fees.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and details.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Track Your Shipment
Every order comes with full tracking so you can follow its journey to you. Use the tracking link in your confirmation email, or visit our Order Status page and enter your details to view live updates.
Delivery Rules & Customs
Domestic Orders
Delivery will be made to the address you provide. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or leave special delivery instructions at checkout where available.
International Orders
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping price.
- We cannot control delays caused by customs procedures in your country.
- Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
